Posted for Janet: Good to list our hopes and fears and see that others are feeling the same way. Process: Most alert—during the video clips. Good to see other example, but hard to watch my own and easy to get caught up in the “should have’s.”

Posted for Mandy: My experience as a learner today was valuable and insightful. I believe that I have a better understanding of our purpose. I enjoyed observing without evaluating. As this seems beneficial to me, I am hopeful that others will view it in the same light.

It was easy to be passionate about the material because we are all teachers and are intrinsically motivated to improve. I was most alert during the morning activities. I really enjoy the pair/share and group "go-rounds" where everyone was heard.
